Swapped out my old blade with this C4 sub-micro carbide knife and noticed a cleaner, smoother cut on the first door head. It locked in perfectly with the Insert-Pro head, no wobble or adjustment needed. Definitely saves me time on the job site.

The C4 sub-micro material cuts cleanly through solid-core doors without any burning or tear-out, which is exactly what I needed for the insert-pro setup. My original knife finally gave up after years of use, and this replacement seated perfectly on the head with zero wobble.

Bought this as a spare for my door set, and the C4 carbide is noticeably sharper than the original knife that came with the kit. Cuts cleanly through hardwood without any chipping.
