The carbide tips on these bits cut through oak like butter, with zero burning on the edges. I've been using the same 1/4" shank bit for weeks of dados and it's still razor sharp.

Finally a straight bit that doesn't start chattering in hard maple—the cutting edges are holding up noticeably better than my last set. I've already put it through a few dozen feet of dados and the finish is still clean.

Been running these through oak and plywood for a week now, and the 1/4" shank holds rock-solid in the collet with zero chatter on deep passes. The edge stays crisp cut after cut, which is more than I can say for the cheap set I had before. Definitely my go-to for straight cuts now.
