Claire L. ★★★★★

The sub-micron carbide edge held up beautifully when I ran it through a sheet of melamine, leaving a polished finish that needed almost no sanding afterwards. I've been pushing it hard on some detailed sign work, and it's still noticeably sharp after several runs.

Andrew ★★★★★

The sub-micron grain carbide held an incredibly sharp edge even when cutting through abrasive melamine. I was surprised by the perfectly clean, chip-free finish it left on the MDF test pieces. This bit really does stay sharp longer than the standard ones I've used before.

Jason L. ★★★★★

Ran the 1/4" shank through a few sheets of MDF and the v-groove came out perfectly smooth, no chipping or burn marks even at higher feed rates. The sub-micron carbide really seems to hold an edge longer than my old bits, which makes a big difference when you're cutting plastics all day.
