Category: Router Bits Edge-Forming Bits

The Infinity V-Groove Router Bits produces a 90° V profile in the center of a workpiece and also double as a 45° chamfer when used on the edge of your stock. They’re great for adding details to furniture, cabinets, signs, crown molding, chair rail, baseboard or wainscoting. This ½” shank bit has a 3/4" cutter diameter and 5/8" cutter height, the bearing guided version allows you to follow patterns and templates for cabinet and sign making applications. Don’t forget that our V-Groove bits can also be used in the router table or fence guided handheld router to produce a 45° chamfer on the edges of workpieces, and because there is no bottom bearing to get in the way, they can reach into tight corners where other bits can’t.

James ★★★★★

The 90° v-groove cuts clean and crisp in oak, and the bearing guide makes edge chamfering foolproof. Exactly the detail I needed for cabinet door accents.

Amelia ★★★★★

I’ve been using this bit to add chamfers to cabinet doors, and the bearing-guided edge work is incredibly smooth. The carbide finish cuts through oak without any burning, and the 1/2" shank keeps it rock-solid stable.

Sofia Z. ★★★★★

Cut a clean V-groove down the center of a maple tabletop for a decorative inlay, and the bearing-guided edge made the chamfer on the sides just as precise. The bit stayed sharp through a full set of drawer fronts without any burning.
