Professional Results Every Time!

Flush-trimming is one of the most common operations for a router in the workshop. Our solid-carbide, spiral router bits are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from C4 micrograin carbide. These flush-trim spiral router bits start out sharper and stay sharp longer than conventional flush-trim router bits.

All Spiral router bits on this page feature a 1/2" Shank x 1/2" Cutter Diameter.

Assembled using two high quality bearings, this guide system provides plenty of surface to engage a template or pattern. With two flutes for maximum cutting efficiency and a glass-smooth finish, choose the downcut bit for the cleanest cut on the bottom side of your workpiece or choose the upcut bit for the smoothest surface on the top side of your workpiece.

Eva ★★★★★

The spiral cut on this bit leaves such a clean edge on plywood that I barely need any sanding afterward. It's held up perfectly through several cabinet doors without any chipping or burning.

John ★★★★★

I’ve been using this bit for flush-trimming walnut and the spiral cut leaves such a clean edge that I barely need to sand afterward. It’s held up through a dozen passes without any burning, even on some pretty dense grain.

Madison ★★★★★

The tight tolerances on this spiral bit show up immediately in the cut—zero chatter and a perfectly smooth edge on my walnut trim. It’s pricey, but the solid carbide holds an edge way longer than the cheap HSS ones I burned through.
