Professional Results Every Time!

Flush-trimming is one of the most common operations for a router in the workshop. Our solid-carbide, spiral router bits are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from C4 micrograin carbide. These flush-trim spiral router bits start out sharper and stay sharp longer than conventional flush-trim router bits.

Both Spiral router bits on this page feature a 1/4" Shank x 1/4" Cutter Diameter x 1" Cutter Length.

Assembled using two high quality bearings, this guide system provides plenty of surface to engage a template or pattern. With two flutes for maximum cutting efficiency and a glass-smooth finish, choose the downcut bit for the cleanest cut on the bottom side of your workpiece or choose the upcut bit for the smoothest surface on the top side of your workpiece.

Michael K. ★★★★★

The spiral cut on this bit leaves a much cleaner edge on plywood than straight flutes ever did. I trimmed a dozen shelves and there was zero tear-out. Solid carbide seems to hold its edge noticeably longer, too.

Isabella U. ★★★★★

I've used this bit on a dozen oak panels now and the carbide edge still feels razor sharp—no burning, no tear-out on the end grain. The spiral flute pulls chips out so cleanly that I barely have to sand the trimmed edges.

Daniel T. ★★★★★

The spiral cut on this bit leaves edges so clean I barely had to sand the plywood after trimming. It’s solid carbide so it’s holding its edge way longer than the HSS bits I used to burn through.
