This block took the guesswork out of matching my ogee rail and stile bits—the pre-machined slot was dead-on accurate right out of the box. No more fiddling with test cuts to get the perfect alignment.

The pre-machined slot aligns perfectly with the bit set, so I skipped the usual trial-and-error shimming. Cuts came out exactly the same depth on every piece, which saved me a ton of frustration.

Was a bit nervous about dialing in this ogee rail and stile set, but this setup block made it dead simple—just set the bit height and fence position exactly as marked. The pre-machined slots align perfectly with the 91-501 cutter, so my first test cut came out clean and consistent. Saved me at least
