Narex 8-Pc. Palm Chisel Set w/ Wooden Stand

Narex 8-Pc. Palm Chisel Set w/ Wooden Stand

The act of shaping wooden blanks into flowing pieces of art requires a steady hand, and a Narex Palm Chisel is ergonomically designed to the user the utmost control. Palm Chisels - also known as graving chisels - are especially good taking short controlled motions and turning them into cleanly cut details. They make it possible to work in smaller spaces with the same amount of comfort and efficiency as longer carving chisels and knives.

Narex has put together this excellent 8-piece set of Graving Chisels to allow woodcarvers of any skill level to achieve professional quality carving results on a novice budget. Made of chrome-vanadium steel alloy and hardened to HRC61, these palm chisels will have no problem holding their edge between sharpening. The stained and varnished beech wood handles fit comfortably in the palm of the hand and allow the carver to work with a mallet when needed.

The set also includes a sturdy display that will protect your chisels sharp edges whether you set it on a tabletop, mount it to a wall, or lay it down in a drawer.
