Category: Dust Collection

Automate your dust collection system with this iVac Starter Pack. This package includes the basic items necessary to make your workshop's dust collection system fully automated and hassle-free on up to three machines.

The iVac Contactor connects directly to your dust collection vacuum. Compatible with any 115VAC or 220VAC dust collector up to 10HP, including 3-phase motors. The iVac Switch connects to the Contactor to receive signals from the three included iVac Pro Tool Plus units connected to your power tools. When you turn on one of your power tools, the iVac Pro Tool Plus detects the electrical current and sends a radio signal to the iVac Switch. This, in turn, activates the relay in the iVac Contactor connected to your dust collection vacuum. When the woodworking machine is powered off, the Pro Tool Plus sends another signal to the Switch & Contactor that shuts down the vacuum.

Up to eight woodworking machines can run off a single iVac system with additional iVac Pro Tool Plus units available separately!

NOTE: The iVac Contactor is required for dust collectors with a 8-amp motor or larger.

Features Include:

  • One iVac Contactor - Connects to your dust collection system to turn it on or off when a signal is received at the connected iVac Pro Switch. Allows you to easily upgrade to a larger dust collector in the future without modifications to your iVac configuration
  • One115-Volt iVac Pro Switch - Connects to the iVac Contactor and receives signals from the Pro Tool Plus to turn the vacuum on and off
  • Three iVac Pro Tool Plus units - Each connects to an individual woodworking machine and sends a signal to the Switch when it detects that the woodworking machine is powered on
  • iVac Pro Tool Plus easily clamps around the woodworking machine's power cord
  • Expand with more Pro Tool Plus units to run up to eight separate woodworking machines on one automated dust collection system
  • The iVac Automated Pro Blast Gates are available separately for a totally automated dust collection system

Uses in your shop:

  • Automatically turns your dust collection vacuum on and off when you use your power tools

Steven M. ★★★★★

Plugging in the switch was a breeze, and now my dust collector kicks on automatically whenever I start my table saw. It’s saved me from having to manually flip the switch every time, which makes a huge difference during long projects. The whole setup feels really solid and well-built for the price.

Ryan D. ★★★★★

I finally got tired of walking over to flip the breaker every time I finished a cut, and this fixed that in an afternoon. The 115V switch kicks my shop vac on the second the saw starts, and the whole pack had everything I needed to get it running.

Andrew ★★★★★

Wiring the 115V switch into my table saw took maybe twenty minutes, and now the collector fires up the second I hit the blade. No more walking across the shop to flip a second switch with a cut half-finished. Genuinely one of those upgrades I should've done a year ago.
