Infinity Tools Dadonator Stacked Dado Saw Blade Set, 5/8" Bore

The Infinity Tools Dadonator Stacked Dado Saw Blade Set is built for woodworkers who want clean, accurate, flat-bottom dados, grooves, rabbets, tongue-and-groove joints, drawer joinery, cabinet joinery, and other precision table saw cuts. Available in both the compact 6" Dadonator Jr. and the full-size 8" Dadonator, this premium dado blade set delivers the crisp shoulders, smooth bottoms, and reliable fit serious woodworking projects demand.

Whether you are cutting cabinet parts, undersized plywood dados, drawer rabbets, shelving grooves, or joinery for furniture and built-ins, the Dadonator gives you the ability to dial in your cut width with confidence. Each set includes two outside saw blades, six 6-tooth chippers, and a 6-piece color-coded shim set for fine adjustments.

Choose the Right Dadonator for Your Saw

6" Dadonator Jr.: A premium compact stacked dado set designed for woodworkers who want clean dado performance in a smaller 6" diameter package. Perfect for contractor or job site saws with less than 3 H.P.

8" Dadonator: The full-size Dadonator stacked dado set, ideal for table saw users who want maximum dado blade performance, cutting capacity, and versatility.

Why Woodworkers Choose the Dadonator

The Dadonator is engineered to produce virtually polished, square, flat-bottom dados, even in challenging materials. Its performance comes from a combination of premium blade geometry, 24-tooth outside blades, exclusive 6-tooth chippers, a high ATB grind, negative hook angle, C4 sub-micron carbide teeth, and carefully tensioned steel plates.

Each blade body also features Infinity Tools’ exclusive Chrome Armor coating, which helps resist rust, pitting, resin buildup, and pitch buildup while making cleanup easier after use.

Built for Precision Dado, Groove, and Rabbet Cuts

A stacked dado blade set gives your table saw a whole new level of joinery capability. Instead of making repeated passes with a standard saw blade, the Dadonator allows you to cut accurate dados, grooves, rabbets, and other joinery in a single controlled setup. That means faster work, cleaner results, and a better-fitting joint.

Use the Dadonator for:

• Cabinet dados
• Shelving grooves
• Drawer rabbets
• Casework joinery
• Tongue-and-groove joints
• Ship-lap joinery
• Undersized plywood dado cuts
• Furniture components
• Built-ins and storage projects
• General woodworking joinery

Included Chippers and Shim Set

Each Dadonator set includes chippers in three thicknesses: 1/8", 1/16", and 3/32". The 3/32" chipper is especially useful when dialing in snug-fitting dados for undersized plywood. The included 6-piece color-coded dado shim set allows for micro-adjustments so you can fine-tune your setup for the exact fit your project requires.
