These MEGA 1/4" & 1/2" shank router bits are your best choice when working with patterns that mount on top of the finished product. The solid carbide construction provides a long-lasting sharp cut, while the compression design of the flutes guarantees fray-free results.

We don't cut corners, so unlike inferior bits that are built with a steel shank, ours are true-solid, precision ground from one solid piece of C4 micrograin carbide. This insures perfect concentricity and a superior cut with extended tool life. We tested similar tools made on a steel shank and our true-solid construction ran circles around the competition.

This money-saving set is excellent for creating mortises in flat panels. The open end of the bit allows for easy plunge cuts, while the top-mounted bearing keeps the cut exactly on target.
