Infinity Tools Radius Grooving router bits come in 1/2" and 3/8" radius profiles and are not only great for custom sign building but also for veining, lettering and edge work. Since both of these bits accept top bearing kits they can be used in most pattern routing and template applications as well. Both router bits on this page come with bearing kits that include a stop collar and allen key. Bearing diameter matches the router bit diameter.

Riley C. ★★★★★

The bearing on this bit rides smoothly against the template, making veining and lettering work feel effortless. I've been using it for edge profiles on walnut and the clean, burn-free finish speaks for itself.

Abigail ★★★★★

Cut perfect grooves for custom lettering on a oak sign, and the bearing made it effortless to follow the template. Cleans up edges without burning, even after repeated passes.

Steven ★★★★★

I used this bit to carve out some deep lettering on a redwood sign, and the radius profile gave it a really clean, professional look. The bearing ran true without any wobble, even on the tight curves.
