Our Stepped Rabbeting Bit Makes Custom Frames Quick & Easy!

What used to take you two steps with your rabbet or straight router bit now only takes one. This innovative stepped rabbeting router bit puts a 3/8" wide x 1/8" tall double step on the back side of your custom picture or mirror frames. Drop in 1/8" thick mirror or glass and then place backing plywood or other material perfectly behind it. A great router bit for any custom frame job.

Sophia D. ★★★★★

Cutting the rabbet and chamfer in one pass saved me so much time on picture frames. The half-inch shank felt solid in the router, and the finish came out clean with no tear-out.

Ava ★★★★★

The two-in-one step design genuinely saves me a full pass on every frame I build, and the cuts come out clean with no tear-out on the face grain. I’ve used it on oak and poplar so far, and the shank holds steady through the whole run.

Hannah V. ★★★★★

The step cut is precise and clean, making frame joinery feel effortless. I finished a whole set of custom picture frames in an afternoon without changing bits.
