I was worried my water-based topcoat would dry too fast in this heat, but adding the extender gave me plenty of working time. The leveling improved noticeably—no brush marks at all.

The heat’s been brutal here, so I was thrilled this extender actually bought me extra working time with my water-based glaze—the leveling improved noticeably too, and no weird ambering on my white trim. It’s a small bottle but a little goes a long way.

I was nervous about brush strokes showing in my cabinets, but this additive gave me enough working time to get a flawless finish. It really leveled out beautifully and didn’t alter the color at all.
