Leigh D24 Vacuum and Router Support

The D24’s leveling arm made setting up my router alignment so much easier than before. It keeps the base perfectly flat against the jig while routing dovetails.

Dust collection used to be an afterthought on my jig until I added this support. It holds the router level and the chips actually get pulled away instead of piling up around the bit. My mortises come out cleaner and I spend way less time blowing sawdust off the bench.

The router used to dip and catch on the jig until I added this support, and now it glides across the dovetail cuts with no wobble at all. It also gathers most of the chips instead of flinging them across the shop. Sits level with the jig right out of the box.
