MicroJIG GRR-Ripper Deflector / Connector

That little plastic tab slides into the blade guard perfectly and now I can rip wider boards without worrying about my fingers. It really cuts down on the mess of wood chips too.

I was worried about dust clouds when ripping long boards, but this deflector clips on securely and channels the chips downward nicely. It makes working with wider stock feel much safer since it extends the blade guard area.

That little deflector is worth it just for keeping chips out of my face when I’m pushing wider boards through the saw. It clicks on solidly and stays put, so I don’t have to adjust it mid-cut.
