Used one of these to add a crisp bead to some oak table legs, and the cut was smooth right out of the box. The two included bearings let me switch between template and freehand work without stopping. A solid little bit for the price.

The twin bearings really come in handy when I’m tracing a template along a table leg—smooth and steady, no wobble. The full bead profile came out crisp on the first pass, even on a plunge cut.

I was worried these bits might chatter on a tricky piece of walnut, but they cut a perfectly smooth full bead in one pass thanks to the two included bearings. The 1/4" shank fit my router without any wobble, and the profile really makes a simple table leg look custom.
