General Finishes Arm-R-Seal トップコート

I’ve used plenty of topcoats that needed thinning or constant re-coating, but this urethane resin blend just brushes on thick and levels out beautifully. Three coats over a weekend and the surface feels rock solid already.

The wipe-on formula makes it almost foolproof—no streaks or brush marks even on my first try. After three coats on a walnut desk, it’s glassy smooth and already shrugged off a spilled coffee cup without a mark.

Applied this with a rag and the self-leveling is incredible—zero brush marks even on a tricky curved table leg. The final coat feels like a rock-hard shell that actually protects against my kids' juice spills.
