I swapped out the stock knives on my cutter head for these and noticed a cleaner cut right away on my first test door panel. The profile edges came out crisp with no tear-out, even on some figured maple I had lying around.

Installed these knives on my Insert-Pro head and the profile match was perfect right out of the box. They take a clean cut on cherry with no burning, even at higher feed rates.

The C4 sub-micron carbide is noticeably tougher than standard carbide—I've run a full set of oak doors and the edges still look factory-fresh. Cuts are clean and chatter-free in the Insert-Pro head, exactly what I needed for production work.
