The open time is genuinely generous—I could feather the edges without any harsh lines drying in. It spread smooth as butter and gave my oak shelves that clean, milky finish I was after. Even the cleanup was just soap and water, which sealed the deal for me.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to wipe on and get an even coat—no streaks at all. The open time let me adjust a few spots without rushing, which made a big difference. This is my new go-to for a soft, natural finish on pine.

The whitewash effect came out exactly as I hoped on my pine shelves, and the water-based formula made cleanup with soap and water a breeze. It spread on smoothly with no streaks, which I really appreciated for a first-time user.
