The grain on this oak shelf really pops with this stain, the blue has so much depth it almost looks like it’s glowing from inside. It dried fast and went on smooth with a rag, no streaks at all.

I was a little worried the blue would look too fake, but it soaked into the oak and made the grain pop like stained glass. It's definitely more vibrant than the oil-based stains I've used.

The blue came out so rich and even on my oak table, and the grain really pops through like it's glowing from inside. I only did one coat and it's already more vibrant than any stain I've tried before, though I'll probably add another for extra depth.
