The 4” hose port fit my existing dust collector hose perfectly with no adapter needed. Took about 10 minutes to drill mounting holes and mount it under my benchtop. Pretty handy having that extra 8-1/2” x 10-1/4” surface for small assembly work.

I was skeptical about using it for anything beyond dust collection, but the flat 10-1/4" length makes it a perfect base plate for a homemade disc sander jig. Drilling the flange was quick and it's held up fine under vibration so far.

The 4-inch hose port is exactly what I needed to hook up my dust collector to the jointer cabinet. Drilling the mounting holes was straightforward, and it seals tight with no leaks. This solved a messy cleanup problem in my shop.
